Fabian Tacke, a former "squatter" in post wall east Berlin is now developing green housing projects in Berlin in which he combines profit with ecological and social sustainability. It seems that especially in times of difficult real estate markets, the green investment could gain popularity and leave its eco-niche. Could it just be a very reasonable investment?
We asked him how he develops these projects and in how far his experiences with east Berlin post wall alternative housing projects play into his current work.
