Old Looks in a "New Urbanism" - What city does that create?
Urban Passion published the article "Instant Glamour" in MUDOT, Magazin on Urban Documentation, Opinion and Theory about Jakriborg, a town in southern sweden. It can be seen as one exponent of the new urbanism movement in europe. The article explores if the building of new old towns can be an answer to today's housing needs and what kind of urban environment the skin deep reproduction of an medieval town can provide.
